Philadelphia landscape painter Paul Rosenwey exhibited at the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts from 1877 to 1890, His latest entry was a watercolor of a harvest scene in France. In 1891 he exhibited one painting at the Philadelphia Art Club. In the nineties Rosenwey went to Paris where he stayed well into the early part of the twentieth century. He later returned to Philadelphia where in 1913 he exhibited again at the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts.
